Are you it is coming from Elementor? Can you check the source code and find the tag. I see /plugins/elementor/assets/lib/font-awesome/css/fontawesome.min.css?ver=5.15.3 and the icons are added as SVGs.

If I enable "Ultimate Addons for Elementor Lite" it will load the unminifed version.

In the screenshot I see the un-minified fontawesome.css file. If you disable debug mode, using define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ), Elementor will load the minified fontawesome.min.css version.

One more thing, if you activate the "Inline Font Icons" experiment, Elementor won't load this CSS file (and the font file). Instead, it will load SVG file for specific icons used on the page. It should further improve page performance.
