Icons are not loaded when editing icon list component - elementor Support suggests to get help here

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar feature requests in both open and closed discussions and cannot find an existing request.
• I have verified that the feature is still missing from the latest stable versions of Elementor or Elementor Pro.

What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe..

I have Elementor Pro installed and everytime I try to load icons from the icon list i get a black popup window.
I contacted elementor support, they say it server configuration blocking API connections. Server support asks for port beeing used for the connection, since they might be blocked. Elementor support tells me to post the issue here ... they dont know this kind of information

Work with elementor Pro without problems. The icon list works fine with Elementor ( Pro plugion deactivated)
