Dynamic Display Condition - URL Variable

Describe the Problem

I am currently using the Dynamic Conditions Plugin in order to accomplish this and I would really like to just use the native features.

For example when using the login widget if the login fails I add ?login=failed to the URL and I'd like to be able to test for that in the dynamic conditions

Propose a Solution

The solution would be to add a URL variable to test for as one of the conditions where you can define the variable and value to look for.

It would be great to check for both POST and GET variables but for right now I'm specifically looking at GET variables

Agreed. It makes no sense that there is options like "From URL" or "Featured image", but not "Current URL" or "URL parameter".
