Currently, the Custom CSS control in Elementor applies styles globally and cannot be adjusted per device breakpoint. Adding responsive options for Custom CSS would allow different rules for desktop, tablet, and mobile directly in the editor.

Propose a Solution

• Extend the Custom CSS panel to include device breakpoints (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Apply the CSS dynamically based on the selected device preview.

• Streamlines responsive design workflows without manual media queries.
