wrap a selected number of elements in a container element

Describe the Problem

Sometimes I have a couple of elements that I want to wrap in a new container. The way to do that now is try to add the container somewhere, move the elements in there by hand and perhaps move the container to its final location. In betreen the editor micht show a completly havoc website and might even have difficulty to re render the page

Propose a Solution

1. Select a number of consquetive elements from the structure window
2. select a new container
3. The new container is created and all selected elements are child of this new container element
