Flexible container with contentblock on the right (or left side)

Describe the Problem

I wanted to try and build a container which is clickable and after you clicked an content area appears on the right side where it overlaps the existing containers but this feature is not available as a widget (see my screenshot provided)

Propose a Solution

It would be nice if someone builds a widget which can fullfill this feature
