Increased functionality for Atomic Image element

Describe the Problem

With the new V4 Image element we are not able to select Media file as the link for the image, making it impossible to have it be clickable to the media file itself using dynamic tags.

And it's also not possible to set image caption for the element.

Propose a Solution

The V3/old image element allowed you to link to media file and added the Lightbox functionality, making it possible to open a full version of the image.
The V3/old image element allowed you also to add caption to the image using the

tag, and either select it dynamically from some tags linked to the image itself or set a custom caption, plus style the caption as well.
