How to increase PHP memory from 256Mb to 512

Describe the Problem

Our Website always dsiplays "Server error 500". And I learnt form search that it is a low memory issue. Could please help me increase it. I am just an Admin, and not the person that created the website

If this is during saving of the page in the Elementor builder, I've found that it's usually due to Elementor saving large post revisions in the database anytime you save the page layout.

I use a plugin called WP Optimize to clear out the post revisions specifically. This will allow me to once again save the page(s) I'm working on.
