Atomic Video widget: custom play icon (SVG) on the image overlay / placeholder

Describe the Problem

The V3 Video widget lets us enable an Image Overlay and choose a custom Play icon ("Play Icon" control), accepting an SVG from the media library or an icon from the library. We can also style it (size, color, hover).

The Atomic (V4) Video widget doesn't offer an equivalent. There is no way to replace the default play button on the placeholder with a custom SVG, so we can't match the video thumbnail to the brand's design system. In client projects this is one of the reasons we still fall back to the V3 Video widget inside V4 layouts, which mixes two systems on the same page.

Propose a Solution

Add a play icon control to the Atomic Video widget's overlay/placeholder, with parity to V3:

1. A toggle to show or hide the play icon on the image overlay.
2. An icon picker that accepts a custom SVG upload or an icon from the library.
3. Style controls for the icon: size, color (supporting V4 variables), opacity and hover state, plus position (center by default).
4. Compatibility with V4 classes and variables, so the play button can be styled once and reused across videos.
