Create and edit devices from linked Esphome Servers to Esphome Desktop

Describe the enhancement

Add an option in ESPHome Desktop (Device Builder) to view and edit ESPHome device configurations that appear in dashboards connected to external build servers (for example, Home Assistant OS servers). The desired behavior is that users can manage (view, create, edit) device YAML configurations from ESPHome Desktop and push/synchronize those changes back to the connected servers.

Use cases

• Simply opening your desktop application will give you access to your devices instead of having to access external servers.

• If you have multiple servers, you can centralize all your devices.
