Add install button to validation page

Describe the enhancement

Every time I validate a device config I click the 'download' button thinking it's an upload/install button. Would be ideal to have an install button at the bottom, even better would be if it only shows up in the config is valid

Use cases

Avoid having to leave validate page then go back to device builder to do the install
