ESP32-P4-NANO + ESP32-C6 – Compact 3D Printable Case

Hello everyone,

I designed a small and compact 3D printable case for the ESP32-P4-NANO development board with the ESP32-C6 Wi-Fi 6 / Bluetooth module.

The case is designed to protect the board while keeping the overall size as small as possible. Everything fits perfectly inside, and the board sits securely in place without unnecessary empty space.

The case also has good ventilation to improve airflow and help with heat dissipation during operation.

I also left enough space for a 10 × 10 × 7 mm heatsink, so additional cooling can be added if needed.

For assembly, you need 5 small M2 5x8 mm pointed-tip screws.

At the moment, this version does not include space for a display. In the coming weeks, as soon as I have some free time, I plan to create another version with support for two different display options.

This is the first version, so I may also make some small improvements to the design in future updates.

Over the next few days, I’ll also upload the model to Printables and other 3D-printing platforms, so you’ll have more options for downloading it.

I’m really happy to share this one.
As promised, the version with the integrated display is now finished!

It is based on the same case as the original version. The main difference is that this version has an additional opening and mounting space for the display.

The upper cover remains the same, and the same screw-mounted top section can be used with both versions.

So if you already printed the original case, the overall design and assembly stay familiar — this version simply adds the display support.

The files and documentation are being prepared now, and the display version will be available on MakerWorld in the coming days.
