Credit Card Balance vs Available Credit

I'm a bit confused on the behavior with credit cards

When viewed with a time range that includes the creation of the account it shows the negative balance owed.

However, if the time range doesn't include when the account was made it shows the available credit instead, showing a positive number.

So if I get it right, you set a virtual balance, but it gets ignored in one view and included in the other, right?

Yes, whenever the start of the time range doesn't include when the account began it ignores the virtual balance. The account for the credit card was added at the beginning of July, when viewing the July range the virtual balance is there, but when viewing August, or a custom range that doesn't include the beginning of July, it's ignored.
