Add / remove transactions amount in piggy bank

Hey All,

I have some rules and added the "Add / remove transactions amount in piggy bank" option. The Action values are correct (Start with first letter and select the correct piggy bank)

But when those transactions are processed nothing happen in the piggy bank.

The transactions are from Account A and the piggy bank are on Account B.

Can this be the issue? Or is there something else I have to check?

It is hard to tell from your description. If you can collect some logs, it may explain what happens.
