Side chat panel in video channels

Problem

For text conversations happening along a video chat or screen share, having the text chat at the bottom of the screen is quite inconvenient because you can only typically see 1-2 messages before you'd have to reduce the size of the video too much.

Proposal

It would be great if Fluxer could let you open the chat as a side panel like in Discord (or even toggle between the bottom chat and side chat modes, if you want to go that far with this feature).

We will likely not make this a native feature, but we are working on popping out and resizing calls. When that happens, you can then make it side by side on your own!
