[Self-Hosted] Allow setting custom email templates

Problem

Emails for IP authorization and verification look really simple and has "Fluxer team" hardcoded in self-hosted instances.

Proposal

Allow setting custom html+css email template in .env file.

Notes

Current email format for IP authorization:

Hello {USERNAME},

We detected a login attempt to your Fluxer account from a new IP address:

IP address: {IP_ADDRRSS}
Location: {LOCATION}

If this was you, please authorize this IP address by clicking the link below:

{AUTH_LINK}

If you didn't attempt to log in, please change your password right away.

This link is valid for 30 minutes.
