Additional webhook suggestions

Problem

Current webhooks are too limited. This proposal aims to provide webhooks with a bit more functionality.

Proposal

Webhook messages could have:

• bio
• name color

In addition, webhooks could be allowed in Group DMs.

The [BOT] tag could also be potentially customizable.

Notes

Overridable [BOT] tag might make messages confusing; thus, to go with it, a bot SVG icon could be displayed next to all bot-type messages. Storing bio in webhook messages might be infeasible due to the storage size, so it is not necessary. Name color could be the fields for role colors.

I think optionally allowing bots to set user-defined custom colors for each webhook proxy, rather than just using the role or profile-defined colors, would be really, really nice. I would love to be able to set up Better-Discord-Pluralchum-like profiles with webhooks without even using anything like that! If that could be possible, your userbase would thank you. Very much so.

I think having the role-color and then the profile-defined color be a default would probably be good though, in the absence of any bot-defined colors.
