Filipino (Tagalog) language localization

Problem

I don't currently see my language within Weblate available to help with i18n.

Proposal

I'm here to suggest my language to be added, so I and other Filipino contributors can help with translating to Tagalog for the Philippines and other worldwide Filipinos using Fluxer in the future. ^^
