Smooth Animations on Chat

[mildannerofc]

Current problem

Static sending message, but... This will not replace the current one, as there will be a option for that.

Proposed change

Add the sliding tweening but smooth with opacity effects, when someone sends a message in the chat, deletes or creates a channel, join or leave the server. Also, this experience will have 2 options for tweening which is linear or cubic.
