reaction feature functionality missing

Current problem

on discord, sending the message "+🔥" while replying to a message reacts the emoji after the + to the message youre replying to.
on fluxer this functionality is missing.
alternatively, if you dont reply to a message, it adds the reaction to the latest message before yours

Proposed change

+🔥 does not send a message unless +🔥 is sent instead, and instead reacts to the replied message or the latest message

This does work currently if you do +:fire and hit enter, but I think if you insert the literal emoji in some other way without doing it that way, it might not work. Looking into it.
