Add Gain control/Noise gate slider

Problem

There is no gain control or noise gate slider currently, so if noise suppression does not handle background audio, there is not a way to adjust the gain or noise filter to suppress background audio

Proposed solution

Similar to discord, add a noise gate or gain control slider that allows the user to adjust the noise filter

Just bumping to say that this is the straw keeping some of my friends from switching. Would be great if a simple threshold could be implemented like how it is in discord. 🙏
