Add proper thumb mouse buttons support

Problem

I cannot bind push-to-talk with my MOUSE4 thumb button.

Proposed solution

Add an ability to use thumb buttons in bindings + make a toggle of sorts to disable navigation with thumb buttons.

Hi! I understand your problem — MOUSE4 (thumb button) cannot be used for push-to-talk.

Until the software adds full support for thumb buttons, you can try a temporary solution:

• Use a tool like X-Mouse Button Control (for Windows) to map your thumb button to a keyboard key, and then set that key for push-to-talk in your software.

This way, your MOUSE4 button can work as push-to-talk until the software officially supports thumb buttons.

This should be prioritized since a lot of Linux user including me don’t have any of the alternative solutions.
