Timestamps on every message in Dense look & feel

Problem

Right now there is no timestamps for the Dense look and feel (Settings > Look & Feel > Messages > Dense). This makes it difficult to know when messages have occurred

Proposed solution

Add timestamps to the left of messages in client local time in Dense look & feel
