Official instance list

Problem

It's not a problem right now since federation is not a thing yet, but when it does go live there won't be a way for users to find other instances

Proposed solution

So what i was thinking is having a curated official list of instances so for example a user can go find the one that is closest to them in location to have less ping.

This could either be done on the fluxer website or inside of the fluxer application itself
