Problem

I and 3 others own communities that have been unavailable for days. They're flagged unavailable for everyone.

Mine has been like this for 10 days straight, with none of the members able to see it in their communities list.

Proposed solution

Literally any sort of explanation at all? Better communication in general about the status of the application? They replied the other day to someone asking about template transfer (a feature I've never seen anyone successfully use) to give instructions and say it "should be working." Have they never opened the app? Just try not proclaiming how well the app is working when its very much not. Stop updating the status after "fixes" while the same issues persist.
