Add Date Format and Currency selection extra to "Language & Time"

Problem

When i want the Client to be in English Translations, but am living in Germany, i need the Client to stay in German Date and Currency Displays but use the English Text for the rest of the Client.

Proposed solution

There is already...

But what if you expand that to also include all other formatting like date and currency formatting like Windows and other OS's do it already. Or just straight up get the Info from the OS.
