Ability to zoom in whilst watching another person's screen shares

[TheRealVeilance]

Problem

Right now, users that watch other people's screen shares sometimes can't see text as it's too small

Proposed solution

Add the ability to zoom in whilst looking at a screen share with the scroll wheel, therefore the user can read any part of the screen however they'd like.
