This is a much needed feature! I can't do automatic maintenance pages without it. |

Summary
Health checks for local site resources are not available. Please add the ability to set health checks on local site resources. Thank you.
Motivation
It is not possible to know the status of a local target resource without trying to access it first. Being able to set up health checks like you can with newt site resources would help the user know when local site resources may be down.
Proposed Solution
Add the ability to set health checks on local site resources.
