Feature Request: Add Domains Directly in the Admin UI

Currently, domains can only be added via the configuration file. It would be more user-friendly to allow adding and managing domains directly through the Admin UI.

Proposed Solution:

• Provide an interface in the Admin UI to add, edit, and remove domains.
• Changes should be applied dynamically without requiring a manual config update.
