Summary

Add a quick settings tile to toggle the connection on and off.

Motivation

Many vpn apps offer one to allow users to easily toggle the vpn without opening the app. I toggle my vpn frequently and would find having one very convenient.

Proposed Solution

Add a simple toggle connection quick tile that turns the vpn on and off.
