I have a dataset which consists of multiple samples on one slide (1.0mm tissue cores). So far, I've created an object using all samples, but I would like to compare certain samples (as a group) with other samples (as a another group) (for eg. to see the spatial distribution of cells between the two groups). Do you have any suggestions on the best way to do this? I have subsetted the objects, but still figuring out how to compare the results between subsets.
