iOS browsers report attachment issues

Hi all,

There are some issues with iOS when you upload attachments for reports.
Either you get an error like below or the attachment does not show up at all after submitting, even though it shows the uploading progress and file size when it completes.

Or recipients are able to see the attachments, but the reporter can't see the attachment, like below.

I have tried iOS versions 16.2 & 26.2 using both Chrome/Safari in normal and in-private browsing mode, but nothing will let me upload the attachments properly.

Does anybody experience this, or could help using Web Inspector on Safari to diagnose the issue? I don't have a Mac or iPad to pinpoint it.
Didn't experience any issue on Android.
I am on GL 5.0.88

I think working on ticket #4841 we might have identified the problem and a possible solution.

If you could please retest there and the fix is confirmed we might release a bugfixed version by today.

@evilaliv3 yes, tested attaching from the album and taking a photo from camera both work
