UI: Update surface colour palette options to include lighter themes.

What would you like Grimmory to do?

It would be great if the Surface colour palette options could be updated to include light background themes. Currently, all surface options enforce dark mode.

What problem does this solve for you?

This is for those who prefer to work in 'light mode'. Personally, I find dark mode overwhelming and can only use it for short periods of time (strains my eyes, headaches etc).

To be clear, this is for the library UI not the ebook reader (I know the reader has been updated).

Hi, there are currently some large UI reworks in the pipeline, light mode seems like an excellent secondary step once those are in place. May take a little while vs just adding it into the current UI now, but I hope to get it done eventually!

Exciting news about the UI reworks. Is there more information on this, anywhere we can vote on potential changes etc.?

New sidebar and search UI is going into the repo in the next hour or so actually! #831

I have been away from Grimmory for a while, and just updated to the most recent version. Wanted to send a quick thank you for the light mode! :)
