Filter Subsection Collapses When Unpicking the Last Selected Item in the Subsection

What went wrong?

When using the library filter, if you have selected any number of items in a Subsection (ex. one or more Genres), when you "Unpick" the last item, the subsection collapses, hiding all of the items, and then must be opened again to pick a different item. Ideally the subsection would stay open so another item can then be selected.
