Organize files leaves empty source folders when sidecar is enabled

What went wrong?

When a given book is in the "wrong" folder structure as per the folder rules, and sidecar is enabled, the original empty source folder is not deleted after the content is moved.

How can we reproduce it?

1. Drag a file into your library w/ metadata embedded, put it in the wrong directory
2. Enable sidecar + export sidecar for the book
3. Organize the files for the book
4. Note the original directory, now empty, is not deleted
