Configurable Tap/swipe page turning preferences

What would you like Grimmory to do?

Navigation (Page turning) should be configurable for tap/swipe as well as increasing and decreasing the target areas to register the tap and swipe.

Currently there does not appear to be a tap option for page turning but this should be configurable as a global setting, or per book option.

What problem does this solve for you?

Tap to turn a page does not appear to be available, and tap/swipe target areas are not available to be adjusted.

Configuration should be available as a global setting and a per book setting
