Implement pull down to refresh in PWA

What would you like Grimmory to do?

It would great for the PWA to allow pull-down to refresh. It can be a bit tricky to force a refresh after making changes, either within the PWA or the main site.

What problem does this solve for you?

Adds convenience and aligns with normal web behaviour on mobile
