Describe the enhancement

Currently it's only possible to connect a standalone Meater probe to HA via an external device (seperate Smartphone with App).
I think it would be an absolut benefit to be able to connect a Meater probe via Home Assistants Bluetooth (directly or through an ESP32) to the Integration/ Cloud.

Use cases

This would allow me to have HA (with an ESP32 as extender/ proxy) as an acces point for my Meater where i need it while cooking and I could take my Phone with me to a different place and control the cooking procedure from wherever I want without needing an extra "Meater Phone"
