Describe the enhancement

I'd like support for the Govee scenes, including DIY, for Govees H6076 model lamps. Currently in Govee Lights Local it is possible to set solid colors on all segments, as well as some effects, but not the scenes. It would be greatly appreciated to an otherwise excellent integration.

Use cases

This allows the freedom to use the light appearance I want in automations instead of having to manually change this in the Govee app.

One simple solution to this would be to add the DIY scenes to the effect dropdown, to integrate it to the current interface without too much changes.
