add up / down functionality to Tile for input_datetime

consider an input_datetime and a custom time-picker card resulting in

how sweet it would be to have that built with a stock tile card. Seems all the elements are there (compare open/close up/down for covers)

Use cases

this would allow stock control of input_date/time in the stock Tile style

Visual examples

would be similar to Tile cover cards

and mix with the + - options for
