Make menu title configurable (and dynamic..)

Describe the enhancement

currently, we can only display 'Home Assistant' in the sidebar menu title

Use cases

It would be very welcome if we could change that to a more personal string tht would reflect the instance, or locality of the instance. Say, Home, Logcabin, Boat 1 or whatever construction we use Home assistant for to automate ;-)

as you can see, Ive used custom stuff to
set the Title,
add a template to make the title dynamic
set themed colors

this FR is about allowing the user to set a configurable title, and, if possible allow for a template option in that string to make it even more dynamic
