Describe the enhancement

Expose the tablet’s motion detection as a binary_sensor in Home Assistant. The sensor should be on when motion is detected and return to off after motion stops. Fully Kiosk Browser has a built-in motion detection feature that can wake the screen when motion is detected. In Home Assistant, the existing integration with Fully Kiosk Browser allows some device info and remote control, but does not expose motion detection from the camera as a sensor.

Use cases

• Users with wall-mounted tablets can use the tablet’s camera as a motion sensor for home automation.
• Simplifies setups where motion detection is used to wake screens and trigger other automations.
• Reduces the need for additional motion sensors if the tablet already has a camera.
