Add Matter device UX improvements

Describe the enhancement

The current UX for adding a Matter device is really bad:

1. Please keep the screen on during the setup process: swiping the screen for 2 hours gets tiring...
2. Searching for device: why does it take so long? Google Home is almost instantaneous (also shows info about the device found)
3. Connecting device to Home Assistant: please provide more detailed info about what is happening
4. Something went wrong (during connecting to HA): please don't make the user check the logs, just print more diagnostic info here
