Describe the enhancement

A stairlift (or simple two-level home elevator) is kind of cover, but it has states

• up
• going down
• down
• going up

It would be nice if the cover integration supported this.

This would be a useful enhancement, especially for home elevators and stairlifts where direction and movement states matter. Having dedicated states such as going up, going down, and stopped could make automation and status displays much more intuitive.
