Add back the Dev Tools -> Events streaming "Listen to events"

Describe the enhancement

I do like the one-event-per page, but it's kind of painful to use when trigging repeated (or many) events. Now I have to keep clicking on the next (or >>) button to see the latest event.

I'd much prefer (or have the option) to see the events in a streaming list (as before) with the most receive event at the top. That was I can just watch the screen.

Use cases

This helps by not having to keep clicking on the screen when I'm working with, say, and esphome device and watching for events w/o having to update my screen every time.
