Add ability to move whole sections between views and or dashboards

Describe the enhancement

Unlike cards in masonry views there is no method to move sections between views or dashboards. It would be really handy to have.

Use cases

Designing new dashboards in a "test area" before moving to "production" dashboard/view.

Reconfiguring dashboard views when the home situation or equipment changes.

I am supposed to use an unusable masonry view just because of that thing that is irritating me every week?
