Describe the feature

WHO decided it is a good thing to switch the default behavior of widget buttons to detail view? It’s really frustrating if after an update you notice your widget is useless because it behaves different. And why isn’t there an option to change the default behavior to something else? I had to manually switch my widgets on 9 devices for 15 lights each from default to toggle because someone decided to switch default to detail view. That’s absolutely frustrating. And more frustrating is that no one thought about the option to switch the default behavior app wide.
