how do you cancel your subscription? There's no way on the site to get to that page. Why is it so difficult to get to a billing page that shows your current subscription?

There is a link to the account page in the footer of the Ilograph homepage (and other pages):

After signing in, you will see a list of your subscriptions. Click the "Manage" button next to a subscription to cancel it (this is handled in Stripe).

You can also reach out to support@ilograph.com to cancel your subscription.

The account page does not look right to me. This is all that is on it:

No option to manage subscriptions. I'm logged in with Google, in case that makes a difference.

Hi Orjan,

This can be caused by signing in with the wrong email address, even when signing in with Google. It's pretty common to be able to sign in with both a gmail address and a work address that uses Google workspaces. Please double check, and if you still can't find the account, email support@ilograph.com for help 🙏 .

Thanks, that was exactly it! I chose the wrong email when signing in with Google.
