TyC Sports Argentina

TyC Sports has three sources. Unfortunately one of the URLs seems to be blocked, even in Argentina, where I am right now.

The second URL provides a video feed that is not the correct TyC Sports feed.
I confirmed that TyC Sports should be showing the World Cup game between Portugal and Uzbekistan right now, but is instead showing a local Argentinian game and it seems to be a different channeL:

This makes the playlist unusable as it overwrites the TyC Channel with the non-working URLs.
