Please make this happen. This feature and MFA for the "main" login have been the only gripes I've had with Jellyfin in the year I've been using it. Sharing with family and friends would benefit from the improved experience, because right now I have to choose between securing every account behind a 64 character password and no one will use the service because typing on a TV with a remote is a thing, or not having passwords at all on a publicly accessible server (VPNs are not a thing for older folks, and non-techies in general). |

Problem Statement
Jellyfin currently requires every person to have an entirely separate login setup by the server administrator. While this works for small setups, it creates significant burden and overhead for family and multi-household sharing:

Additional Note
I'd love to help build this out and interested in becoming a contributor to this project. Please let me know your thoughts on this, I am fully aware that this isn't an easy thing to slap together, and would take significant efforts to make happen. With enough planning I think executing this could convince many to move to this platform.
